The Skype for Business (Lync 2013) call notification toast displays because Skype for Business (Lync 2013) is running and the UI is not suppressed and is one of the ways you can answer a call for Attendant Pro. There are 3 ways you can answer a ringing call with Attendant Pro:
* Click on the Skype for Business (Lync 2013) incoming call notification toast.
* Click on incoming call notification inside Attendant Pro
* Press the Attendant Pro answer global hotkey from anywhere in Windows
Any of these way will all do the same thing. Running the Attendant Pro on its own monitor is our recommended configuration and keeps the screen uncluttered and provides the best experience.
