Due to the limitation of Lync Phone Edition devices, Safe Transfer does not work when a call is taken with a Lync Phone Edition device. Also, Lync Phone Edition devices do not support toggling Mute from PC, this must be done from the IP Phone. We are still testing as many scenarios as possible.
