Test Lync/Skype4b environment according to Microsoft’s recommendations.
Incoming external call > Blind transfer to Voicemail
Incoming external call > safe transfer to Skype4b enabled user. Do not pick up the call. Verify that it returns to Attendant Pro on hold.
Incoming external call > consult transfer
Place an external call on hold > Call an internal user > merge held call with current call.
Park an external call and retrieve the call
Enter personal contact note for contact
Search for contact by DID or extension.
Add a contact to a contact group
Open a user's calendar from the contact card
Start an IM from a contact card
Change your presence to "Do not disturb" > then "Reset Status"
Test the "Answer" keyboard shortcut.
