(For Voicemail Indicator, Contact Notes, Transfer Adviser, and Advanced Search)

If single sign on or seamless single is enabled in your environment, EWS should connect automatically. Otherwise the user will be prompted to enter their credentials.

If basic Authentication is preferred, follow the instrucitons below:

  1. Open the "Options" window > Configuration Information tab. 
  2. Change the EWS Authentication Method to "Basic"
  3. Enter your Exchange Online email address in the EWS Alt. Email field.

  4. Click the "Set Credentials Button". In the window that appears, enter your Office 365 username and password.

  5. Restart Attendant Pro.

  6. Open the Options window > Configuration Information tab> View the "EWS Status".  If a green check mark is shown, it connected successfully.
