Consult transfer Call flow Print

Answer incoming call.

Select consult transfer on the current call window. Place a call to the consultee.

When the call is placed to the consultee, the original call will be placed on hold.

When ready to connect the original caller to the consultee, click consult transfer again on the current call window.
