There are several features in Attendant Pro to assist with Accessibility:

Ability to change font sizes: In Options | General | Font Size.
Ability to change size of panels using Touch mode: Right click on lower right corner of Status bar. Touch Mode. (BETA)
Attendant Pro is designed to be accessible for visually impaired and blind users. It is compatible with tools for interaction with computers, in particular with Freedom Scientific JAWS Screen Reading Software.
Attendant Pro works with Windows Narrator.
