The keypad buttons in Attendant Pro can toggle between search and DTMF. A user can send DTMF tones from the keypad at any time when the keypad mode is set to DTMF(Keypad Icon). This is shown on the bottom right corner of Attendant Pro. The keypad mode is automatically set to DTMF when there is a call in the current call window that is not in a transfer mode.
Alternatively, the user can manually toggle the keypad mode by clicking either the keypad or magnifying glass icons when connected to a call.
If the user would like to send DTMF tones when typing in the search box, enable “Search Box Sends DTMF During Active Call” in the general options. The keypad mode will also need to be “DTMF” to send tones from the search box.
